Hey, I’m Tish

A clarity coach, brand strategist, and the founder of Shapes, a community for conscious founders, leaders and creative visionaries navigating identity, growth, and transformation in real time.

I work with creatives, founders, freelancers, and ambitious professionals who are navigating a pivot, building a personal brand, or reimagining their next chapter. My work blends inner work (identity, values, healing, confidence) with outer expression (brand, content, audience growth, visibility). I help people feel more themselves — and build something that reflects that.

My background is in the VC backed start-up space and agency world working in the lifestyle, wellness, fashion and beauty categories. I worked globally in brand, communications and strategy—from ClassPass ($1B valuation) and The Nue Co ($64M valuation), to Beyonce’s favourite Texan hotel, El Cosmico, and Bobbi Brown.

What I Believe

  • Clarity creates confidence. You don’t need to be more polished — you need to be more you.

  • Your story is your brand. Not just your resume, but your lived experience, voice, values, and the way you move through the world.

  • Business is identity work. Whether you’re building a personal brand or leading a team, your growth is tied to how deeply you know and accept yourself.

  • We’re all in progress. This is where Shapes comes in — a reminder that we’re all constantly becoming, and that our edges are welcome.

Today

I live in New York City and run my own clarity coaching and consulting practice. I work 1:1 with clients, run group programs, and host workshops and gatherings through my community Shapes — where creativity, visibility, self-expression, and connection meet.
