  • Clarity coaching is the practice of helping someone understand who they are, what they stand for, and how to express that clearly in the world.

    It sits at the intersection of identity, language, and action.

    Rather than telling you what to do, clarity coaching helps you:

    • recognise patterns in your experience

    • articulate your point of view

    • find language that reflects what’s actually true for you

    • make decisions from a grounded sense of self

    The result is confidence that comes from understanding yourself.

    • 1 × 60 minute coaching call per week

    • Telegram voice coaching support between sessions

    • 2 hours of bespoke homework each session to move work streams forward

    This isn’t passive coaching.
    The results come from participation.

    Clarity isn’t something I can “give” you.
    It’s something we uncover together — through conversation, reflection, and action.

    This is why I’m selective about who I work with.
